To ensure timely and reliable delivery, TEX Onsite ships all orders through Star Track Express.
Orders may take up to 7 business days for delivery (from the date of payment) subject to available stock, except where products are supplied or manufactured overseas (eg. Time Electronics products). In these instances orders may take from 2 to 6 weeks to deliver depending on the products ordered.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Customers who use a dedicated freight service may specify to use them instead at checkout (Additional charges apply).

All sales are final. As all products are tested before dispatch TEX Onsite will not under any circumstances accept returns for any items except where an incorrect item has been sent.
